Online Registration Open for New and Current/Returning Students

Online registration/enrollment for current and new students to Las Cruces Public Schools is now open for the 2024-2025 school year.

Online registration/enrollment is a self-guided process using a ParentVue account. Instructions on how to create an account are included online, along with helpful tools such as video tutorials and information on creating an email account if you do not have one.

Parents can access the online registration forms using this link. If you are new to the district and need information locating which school zone you live in, or if you need help accessing records from your child’s previous school, please click here.

If you do not have access to a computer or internet, computers are available for registration at your child’s school.

Here is some additional helpful information: 

Who needs to complete an online registration/ enrollment?

·         Current/Returning LCPS Students: parents will participate in online registration annually to verify/update student information, complete electronic medical card, request transportation and complete permission forms for the next school year.

o    Required documents only if critical information has changed

§  Custody documents

§  Proof of Address

§  Other documentation may be required depending on situation

o    All parents with a current student have a ParentVue account.  You do not need to create a new account.  For help with username/password, please contact the school office or email sisteam@lcps.net (575-525-7121).

·         New to LCPS: parents will complete online enrollment

o    Required documents

§  Child’s birth certificate (or passport/visa or state-certified document)

§  Parent/guardian identification

§  Proof of residence (example: utility bill such as water, electric, or gas, mortgage, renter’s lease agreement)

§  Current immunization record

o    New parents can access ParentVue by going to www.lcps.net, click on Online Registration, and select the option that best applies to your situation under ParentVue Access.
